Yawns and grammar

Watery eyes. No, I'm not sick. Those are sleepy watery eyes. Today is my second day back to office. I rely on Nerds to stay awake. I chug in a few. Eyes become one line. The watermelon flavored Nerds are sourer than they look.

Checking the time on my computer again, it's 3:30 pm only. I'm already too tired to go on. My sleep schedule is still same as vacation, 2:30 am every night biologically. I have to re-learn getting up at 7:45 am for work. 4 hours a day should be maximum for returned vacationers, like newly wed, newly engaged ... I wonder how it went.

As the day goes on and the tireness drags on, I stumble on some legal readings with double negatives in it. "You're not prohibited from distributing the software." I stop. "So can I distribute?" A pause. Oh yes, I can.

Writers who use double negatives often challenge my mind unnecessarily. I have to pause and think, feel dumb a bit too. Don't use that on me, but if you could speak double negatively it can be a good entertainment. You'll see people (me) all becoming slower in their response.

Have fun and try sparingly! In fact, using double negatives is grammatically bad. You would not want to have no grammar! ;-)
